Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the book simply return your purchase within 30 days from the date on your invoice for a full refund.

Books must be returned in their original, saleable condition. Saleable condition means they must not be damaged in any way or soiled.

We are unable to refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a replacement at no charge, freight free. You will need to return the book to us for assessment. Please e-mail Precious Families at sales@preciousfamilies.com for details on how to return your product freight free.

Method of Refund

Precious Families will refund to your credit card, or we can post a cheque or international money order.

How to Make a Return

Please return the book in its original, saleable condition (see details above). Please include a note containing the information outlined below and a copy of the invoice you received with your book.
